Produced by bleeding the must of several grape varieties, this rosé is an original and complex wine, as seen from its wide range of aromas and its fresh and expressive character.

Alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (15°C) along with the use of concrete tanks helps to maximize the aromatic fraction, as well as to obtain greater complexity and a more stable colour.

The result is a varietal wine, full of fruity nuances on the nose such as strawberry and raspberry. These aromas will enhance on the palate, with an intense and well-balanced mouth, showing a refreshing acidity and a long finish.
