Respect for the terroir and the combination of tradition with the most advanced technology lie at the heart of our philosophy. 

The grapes are all from our own harvest and are hand-picked in small boxes to guarantee the selection of only the best. After spending the first 24 hours in a cold room (2ºC) to minimize the use of sulfites, the grapes are fermented at low temperatures, to achieve more aromatic expression, and follow a process of  “gravity-flow” winemaking, to preserve the quality of the product.

The wine is aged exclusively in fine grain French oak barrels which we only use 4 or 5 years.
