In the year 1999 José Antonio Itarte and his wife Victoria acquired Cortijo Los Aguilares. This estate, located at Puente de la Ventilla between Ronda and Campillos, comprises 800 hectares of mixed agriculture including cereals, olives, and free range pigs.
